Because of a problem with the a double room I was upgraded and had great-sized and brand-new room with king size bed.

The location was central, really close to the castle, Royal palace and landmarks and restaurants. It also was close to Mandalay hill. The breakfast was satisfactory, with a good choice of food options.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a great experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free bicycles, which allowed us to explore the area at our own pace. the breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. The shower in our room had a small leak, but it wasn't a major issue.

Really enjoyed the room with comfortable bed, my bed was perfect. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe were all available. The accommodation had a central location to the East gate for the palace.

our second stay in mandalay was made even better by our relaxing spa holidays at a new hotel. the staff was attentive, the rooms comfortable, and the large pool area was a sunny retreat.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - it's situated in a quiet area but still close to all the main sites in the city. The service provided by the staff was excellent. They were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities in the room were also top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool where I could relax and cool off after a long day of sightseeing. I had a wonderful experience here.
